These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("you", "your", "user") and Mawaheb LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("Mawaheb", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Closet AI mobile application and any related services, features, content, and websites we make available (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By using the Service, you accept these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where the changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updates, you must stop using the Service and may cancel any active subscription.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18), you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
You also agree to comply with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"), which applies to the Service in addition to these Terms. Where the Apple EULA conflicts with these Terms, these Terms control to the extent permitted by the Apple EULA.
To use most features of the Service you must create an account. You may sign in using Apple, Google, or an email/password combination. You agree to:
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your use of the Service creates risk or possible legal exposure for Mawaheb or other users.
Closet AI lets you photograph and catalog clothing items, generate AI-powered outfit suggestions, track wears, and manage your wardrobe. Specific features may include:
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice, including discontinuing the Service in whole or in part.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription ("Premium"). Premium plans are offered on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing for each plan is displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region and currency.
We may offer a free trial period of up to 90 days for new users. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your Apple ID will be charged the then-current price.
All subscription purchases are processed through Apple using your Apple ID. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge the applicable fee, including any taxes, to the payment method on file for your Apple ID.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as applicable) at the then-current price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your Apple device. Cancelling stops future renewals; you will keep access to Premium features until the end of the current billing period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Where required by Apple's rules, we will notify you in advance and obtain your consent before any price increase takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change applies.
All purchases through Apple are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no control over whether a refund is granted.
The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence models (currently Google Gemini) to analyze your clothing photos and generate outfit suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that:
We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using AI features.
You retain ownership of the photos, descriptions, and other content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Mawaheb a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and adapt Your Content solely to operate, provide, improve, and secure the Service for you. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, subject to reasonable backup retention.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to Your Content and that Your Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Mawaheb LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Mawaheb grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
"Closet AI" and the Closet AI logo are trademarks of Mawaheb LLC. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including but not limited to Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases, push notifications), Google (Gemini AI, Sign in with Google), Supabase (backend hosting), and RevenueCat (subscription management). Your use of those providers' services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not endorse them.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that AI outputs will be accurate, or that any defects will be corrected.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mawaheb LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (US$50).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mawaheb LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, damage, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the in-app Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Mawaheb LLC, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"), and that Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service. In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. or UAE government embargo, and that you are not listed on any U.S. or UAE government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
